The terms below apply to every Prime Rides rental. Please review them before booking so your trip stays smooth and worry free.
Renters must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license. Certain specialty, luxury, and high performance vehicles require drivers to be 25 years or older. Additional eligibility requirements may apply based on the vehicle selected.
All renters must present a valid driver's license at the time of pickup. An additional government issued photo ID may be required for verification.
A major credit card in the renter's name is preferred. Debit cards may be accepted at Prime Rides' discretion and may require additional verification or a security deposit.
Mileage limits are outlined in your rental agreement.
Renters must maintain valid insurance coverage or purchase an approved protection plan before the rental begins. Optional protection plans may be available upon request.
The renter is responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, traffic violations, fuel charges, excessive cleaning fees, smoking violations, and any late return fees incurred during the rental period.
Reservations may be made online or by phone. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations may be subject to applicable charges.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when received. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged for the missing fuel plus a refueling service fee.
Vehicles may be driven throughout the United States unless otherwise prohibited in the rental agreement. Travel outside the United States is strictly prohibited.
